Jagged Edges:
Stations of the Cross
18 February - 5 April at Canterbury Cathedral
What happens when survivors of church-related abuse use the Stations of the Cross as a means to speak both to their fellow survivors and to those who let them down in the communities where they were harmed?
Throughout Lent and Holy Week, to Easter Day, Canterbury Cathedral will host Jagged Edges: Stations of the Cross - a series of linocut prints, poetry and music based on the Stations of the Cross - produced by David Creese, Peter Locke and Sarah Troughton, in collaboration with the Chaplaincy to Survivors in Newcastle Diocese.
* Free to view by anyone with a valid form of Cathedral sightseeing admission (including Cathedral Admission Ticket, Cathedral Pass or Friends’ Card), or those attending a service in the Quire

Smashed, Bombed, Lost - Recovered
Tales of Canterbury’s Stained Glass
Viewing Gallery, Cathedral Visitor Centre
Free for all to view - no admission required!
Over the centuries, Canterbury Cathedral’s stained glass has been damaged by war and vandalism, or lost through iconoclasm, neglect or theft.
What remains of those victims of violence can be inspiring - some glass was returned to the Cathedral, some repaired or re-purposed in surprising ways.
This history of damage, restoration and resilience now inspires stained glass by a young Ukrainian artist, which reacts to the current global crisis.
You do not need a Cathedral Admission Ticket, Cathedral Pass or Friends’ card to view this exhibition.
