Why join FOCCUS?

With more than 1,400 years of history, Canterbury Cathedral tells a rich and vibrant story.

  • It is a living community where people come to visit, worship and be inspired, and where music fills a remarkable sacred space and changes children’s lives through singing.
  • It is a place of pilgrimage, a focal point for the Anglican Communion, and a center for learning.
  • It is a home of craftsmanship, preserving awe-inspiring medieval stonework and stained glass, and housing an extensive archive filled with ancient treasures.

The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral in the United States (FOCCUS) offers Americans the opportunity to play a meaningful role in supporting the life of the Cathedral in all its many programs.

If you live in the United States or are an American citizen, we invite you to deepen your connection with the Cathedral by joining FOCCUS and the worldwide Cathedral family, a global network of Friends and donors who are dedicated to supporting this incredible place.
