There may be some rolling closures and disruption in the Nave
Friday 4th September
The Crypt will close at 12.30 today
Saturday 5th September
The Eastern Crypt closes at 14.30pm today
The Chapter House will close at 16.00 today
Sunday 6th September
The Chapter House closes at 16.00 today
Monday 7th September
There may be some rolling closures and disruption in the Nave
Tuesday 8th & Wednesday 9th September
The Nave and Chapter House will be in use for university graduations. Access to the Cathedral for visiting will be via the Dean’s Steps and North Crypt ramp door.
Thursday 10th September
The Quire will be closed until 11.00
Saturday 12th September
There will be a service taking place in the central Nave this morning but the west end remains open for visiting
Thursday 17th September
The Crypt is closed from 10.30 until 13.30
Friday 18th September
There will be organ tuning today. This does not pose any closures, but it can be audibly disruptive. Ear defenders are available to borrow from our Visitor Centre.
Saturday 26th September
The Centre Quire will close early at 15.30
Sunday 27th September
The Chapter House will close at 15.00
The Quire will close at 16.00
Wednesday 30th September
There will be a rehearsal in the Nave but it will remain open for visiting
