Hundreds enjoy a big friendly sing in the Nave

The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral had an amazing ‘Big FRIENDly Sing’ on Saturday 16 September.
The evening was enjoyed by hundreds and was a fantastic success. Many thanks are due to David Flood (conductor), David Newsholme and Adrian Bawtree (organists), and soloists Fiona Henry, Sam Sytsma, Paul Young, and Jeremy Bowyer. We are indebted to the other wonderful musicians who played for us and, of course, the wonderful choir of 200 singers who came from all over the Home Counties – and even from France and the Netherlands. You were all great!
