Adrian Bawtree, the Cathedral’s Second Assistant Organist, will be performing a wide variety of pieces during this Saturday’s Formal Grand Organ Recital (16 July 2016).
From Bach to Gárdonyi, Adrian will entertain with pieces that span three hundred years of Organ music from some of the world’s finest composers. Highlights will include the lyrical Lantana and Salix by Whitlock and Gárdonyi’s frolicsome Mozart Changes. This all builds up to the challenging and aptly named Finale by Vierne.

The recital will take place in the Cathedral’s beautiful Quire from 7.30pm-9.30pm.
