It is particularly rewarding that her customer care has been recognised on a public forum such as Tripadvisor, for all to see, and I would like to add my personal congratulations on her achievement.

The Exceptional Service award campaign was launched in October 2014 as a means to recognise and honour the dedication that some properties take to provide remarkable service.
According to the website, a recent survey showed that 67% of travellers think hospitality professionals do not get enough recognition for their efforts. TripAdvisor are currently reviewing all the nominations for accommodation, restaurant and attraction professionals who have put in extra effort to delight travellers from the past year.
