The event organisers ask that you are assembled by 11.15. Entry to the Cathedral Precincts is via the Christ Church Gate.

A Silent Walk through Canterbury City Centre to raise awareness of all the men, women and children trapped in Modern Slavery in Kent and around the UK. The walk will commence in the Precincts of Canterbury Cathedral and follow a route through the city centre ending in The Friars next to the Marlowe Theatre. The event starts at 11.15 with short addresses from Stop the Traffik Kent, the Bishop of Dover and Lady Kate Davson, a direct descendant of William Wilberforce the leading British abolitionist.
