Potato, Spinach and Roasted Garlic Soup with Crème Fraîche (V)

Chicken and Chorizo Terrine with Tomato and Red Pepper Relish

Chive and Spring Onion Potato Cake, poached Egg, Hollandaise (V)

Beetroot cured Salmon with Rye Cracker, Horseradish and Cucumber

Roast Leg of Lamb with Mint Jus

Wood Pigeon with caramelized Onion Gravy
