Talk: Bossanyi: A Passionately Creative Artist

What links Washington National, Canterbury and Ely Cathedrals, York Minster, the University of London’s Senate House, Michaelhouse Chapel in South Africa, Disney’s Snow White, and Uxbridge Tube Station?

In this talk presented by The Friends of Canterbury Cathedral, Dick Bolton will explain their connections and reveal more about Ervin Bossanyi, a Hungarian who was interned in France during the First World War and then emigrated to the United Kingdom in 1934 where he started a notable career as a stained glass artist and went on to create two magnificent windows in the Cathedral.
