Advent Justice Appeal
Walk on the moon in support of the Canterbury Diocese Advent Justice Appeal.
Canterbury Cathedral will host the virtual reality installation for the first week of Advent (Monday 2 December to Friday 6 December) to share the experience of displacement. The immersive experience asks people to step out of their comfort zone and on to the Moon.
Thanks to the support of Christian Aid, visitors will be able to wear a headset, put on hand-held controllers and leave the comfort of Canterbury to try life on the Moon.
The installation will be located in St Augustine’s Chapel between 9.30 and 16.30. Standard precinct charges apply.
