Dine at the Cathedral Lodge for dinner this summer!

The Cathedral Lodge are delighted to be opening the wonderful Refectory Restaurant for dinner to overnight guests and non-residents to enjoy a splendid ‘a’ la carte’ menu. The daily tempting summer dinner menu features fresh, locally sourced produce, with 2-courses at £24.95 and 3-courses at £29.95 per person.

The light, modern and spacious restaurant boasts large floor to ceiling glass doors leading on to a pretty courtyard terrace. Selected dates are available on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from Monday 15th July until Saturday 31st August.

Chicken Liver Parfait served with Pickled Vegetables, Piccalilli Purée and toasted Bloomer
