Hold a fundraising Event:
If you would like to hold a fundraising event for the Save Canterbury Cathedral Appeal please get in touch and let us know what you are doing. Not only will you holding a fundraising event help to raise money for the cause but it will also raise awareness of our campaign. By letting us know about your event we can provide help and support, some of this support includes providing:
- A signed Authority to Fundraise confirming you are fundraising for us
- Branded sealed collection boxes or buckets to collect money
- Stickers
- Posters or banners to help advertise your event
- If appropriate, a representative to attend your event (subject to availability)
- Sponsor forms if required
- PR & Marketing advice
Saying Thank You
The most important thing for the Save Canterbury Cathedral Appeal is saying thank you to those people who have raised money. If you would like to present your cheque or donation to a representative from the fundraising office at a location of your choice please get in touch to tell us where and when. Please note we are a very busy team so the more notice you are able to give us about your presentation the better. Alternatively you can come to Canterbury Cathedral to personally present your cheque and enjoy a tour around the magnificent building (up to a maximum of 6 people)
